Hemi-Kids Email List Subscription Options

There are two methods of managing your list subscriptions. 

Method 1: You can use your browser to change your subscriptions.

Go to:

to change your subscription options (such as digest version or temporary no mail) or unsubscribe from the list.

Method 2: If you only have e-mail access and do not have access to the internet by using a browser, you can use e-mail to manage your list subscription.

  1. You can send commands to

  2. When sending commands to the listserv, remember to keep the subject line blank and to include the appropriate command in the body of your message. 

  3. If you find that you are receiving too many emails daily, you can choose the digest version of the list. This is one large daily email including all the messages of the day, sent out each night by the listserv. The command you can send to to do this is SET HEMI-KIDS DIGEST.

  4. If you go on vacation or want to stop all Hemi-Kids email for a short time, send the command SET HEMI-KIDS NOMAIL  When you want it restarted, send the command SET HEMI-KIDS MAIL. 

  5. To UNSUBSCRIBE from the list. Send the command UNSUBSCRIBE HEMI-KIDS  to
